After passing through an entryway supported by trestle wood harvested from the Great Salt Lake, visitors enjoy a rustic, climate-controlled (geothermal) retail space infused with available light from the floor-to-ceiling east windows. During our months of warmer weather, this side of the building opens onto a patio surrounded by landscaped native planting.
From the retail space, visitors are able to observe the inner workings of the bakery from well situated interior windows.
Our selections of French pastries and a variety of daily specials, sweet and savory, are accompanied by freshly brewed coffees from Caffe Ibis of Logan, Utah. Teas are offered from Mighty Leaf Tea Company. Crumb Brothers makes its own hot chocolate and chai on a seasonal basis.
Gourmet soups, salads, and sandwiches are made to order daily starting at 7 a.m.
Our pastries and bread are baked fresh daily at the café.
Other retail items offered include a selection of Utah products: artisan cheeses from Bee Hive Cheese of Ogden and Slide Ridge Honey of Mendon.
