Like our breads, artisan pastries originated in Western Europe and include doughs such as puff pastry, danish and brioche. These all are enriched with butter and distinctive by their ‘layering” of butter within the dough to create upward of several hundred layers in the pastries. The result is a rich, crisp pastry often combined with a combination of chocolate, custard and fruit fillings.
In addition to our European line of pastries, we offer other traditional items such as traditional scones, cookies and brownies.

Buttery, rich and yeasted, croissants are filled with either bittersweet chocolate, almond paste or may even be served as a savory with a ham and cheese filling.
Much like a croissant with the addition of eggs and milk, these pastries are filled with the fresh “fruit of the season.”
